Tip off
Cezar, who had been shot, was rushed to A&E where he died. DI Samantha Nixon felt sure the shooting and the robbery were linked. She instructed DS Max Carter to follow Julie Nowak to the hospital to get the details running up to the attack. Someone tipped off Marek about raid. Framed
Questioning Julie at the hospital, Nixon and Max learned she had tipped off Pawel who was with Marek. Marek’s car was spotted on CCTV near Cezar’s home the time of the shooting and Pawel was later seen with a gun. PC Mel Ryder found a blood stained t-shirt in Pawel’s room. Fight
Forenics proved there was gun oil and blood on the t-shirt found in Pawel’s room. Marek had found Julie, but Max was there to arrest him. Max explained to Julie, back at the station, her husband Thomas had been fitted up by Marek when he was killed, and now, he was doing the same to Pawel. Julie conceded and told Max where Pawel was. Armed
Max reasoned with Pawel and convinced him he was being set up, like his father was, by Marek for Cezar’s murder. Meanwhile Marek told Nixon where Pawel would be in the hope he would be shot by CO19 officers. Find out what happed in Part 4’s video of the raid.
