Bail Me Out

Day 1 - Tricked: Part 1 of 4

Tricked
DS Max Carter leads his first case as Senior Investigating Officer. Suspected drug dealer, Alan Kirby has been observed handing over a package to a drug runner in a grey hoodie. Kirby was arrested – he had a large stash of cash on him. The hoodie was harder to track down. Find out why in Part 1’s video.

Frustrated
Kirby was already known to Max: two years ago he was nicked for drug dealing. Before being arrested this time, Kirby received £6k in cash from someone in a grey hoodie – it was suspected the parcel handed over in return was coke. Kirby’s being held along with three men: Ronnie Mason, Douane Howe and Peter Balmaine – one of them is suspected of being the dealer in the hoodie. Max is struggling - see why in Part 2’s video

Evidence
The identity of the crash victim was discovered to be Liza Armstrong. When Peter heard he rushed straight to St Hugh’s to visit her. At Liza’s flat, a drug dealing kit was found. Cling film from a parcel of cocaine in her bag married up to the fragment found in Kirby’s car. See Peter spill the beans in Part 3’s video.

Blagged
Ronnie Mason was arrested for supplying class A drugs, theft of a vehicle and reckless driving. With the guilt of Liza, his girlfriend’s life hanging in the balance, Max banks on a confession admitting his role and also a statement incriminating Kirby. Find out in Part 4’s video if Max wins his first SIO case.
