DI Neil Mason attempts to cope with work whilst his son is suffering from Leukaemia.
DC Grace Dasari and DI Neil Manson attend the funeral of eleven year old Matty Wallace along with Matty’s grandmother Ruth Pearce and step father Craig Gant. Neil is painfully aware he could lose his own son too.
Unbeknownst to his DI, wayward DS Max Carter has ordered an ‘obbo’ on Craig Gant and his associates at the funeral. Whilst looking into the murder of Craig’s stepson Matty, Max discovers that Craig has a criminal record for handling stolen goods but believes there is more to it.
