Yesterday it came to light Charlie Davies was cheating on his wife Eve. This morning PCs Nate Roberts and Beth Green found Eve laying injured with a severe head injury at the foot of the stairs at home.
Immediately Charlie was suspected of pushing her. However, when his statement didn’t tally with Eve’s or his daughter Annie’s, DI Nixon decided to study the couple closer and profiled them.
Nixon’s approach revealed Eve to be the abuser in the marriage. Following a confession, Eve also promised to seek help.
