Janine, a 16-year old girl. tells DC Terry Perkins that she was raped by her boyfriend and three of his mates. The four boys accused of rape are arrested and held in custody while the team uncover the truth.
Janine tells Terry that she was invited to Greg’s house. There the boys were drinking, smoking and watching internet porn. She went up to Greg’s room with her boyfriend Mark and had sex. However, afterwards Mark slapped her and told her that she had to ‘be nice’ to his friends as they entered the room. Then Janine explained she was raped by Mark and his friends while Greg videoed it on a mobile phone.
When Greg describes how two weeks ago Janine started sexually kissing him and Mark, but had to give up on the situation as they were disturbed. Greg’s defensive mum insists this is proof that Janine started it. Jo fiercely defends that fact that whatever Janine may have done in the past, does not mean she consented on the night of the incident: Neil, Banksy and Terry are sympathetic but know that this only weakens the case against the boys, but Jo refuses to give up…
